Once you have viewed a property and decided that its suitable you must obtain an application form/s and pay the letting fee to start the application process.

Upon acceptance from the landlord, a mutually suitable occupation date will be arranged when you will be required to pay the aforementioned monies in cash.

The application form/s must be returned to our office within 2 weeks of paying your letting fee, after this time the property will be made
re-available and you will lose your fee.

Said fees are non returnable, should you change your mind.
If the property is withdrawn or you are found unsuitable by the landlord, you will receive a refund.
